Second, you think taxes here are high? You need to get out more. Our rate is $1.15/100 (1.15%). Many states run around 3%.
Third, assuming you're talking about lowering Fairfax County taxes, the difference is 2.5 cents per $100. So on a $500,000 house that's $600 lower taxes in Loudoun. Pretty minimal.
