I used to work at Bon Chon and it was horrible. The manager underpaid me and took a huge cut of my tip money. One of my coworkers stole my tip money and tried to say that I was the bad guy when I confronted him about it. Also I had at least two customers complain about having insects in their food (they did). Worst job I ever had, and the food sucks.

Gee if I accidentally ate insects, they must have been mighty tasty.

The Best Bon Chon's are the one in Woodbridge and the one in Centreville.

I didn't think the spicy chicken was all that spicy.

I believe I got food poisoning from a bonchon.

Not a joke.

Here is my pointless morning coffee-fueled rant:

For the price of like 5 little pieces of chicken @ bon chon I can go in the ethnic grocery store up the street, buy a whole chicken and the spices, and cook enough for the whole family instead of just me- then again I am using an air fryer, so less mess.....

Usually is easy to find a "copycat" recipe of most famous foods out there, me and my kids love cooking up stuff and seeing how it compares...

The other mothers just shove a box of chicken in their kids faces and hand them the ipad, no interaction whatsoever...then wonder why their kids hate them (no interaction with their kids at ALL just shuttle them to the next practice/tutor/appointment then make them go to bed, no parenting time spent at ALL one on one with the kid....

I will give you $100 if you can make a perfect bonchon copy on your first try.

No actually I am a customer. I met the regional manager who is very nice while out near Ashburn or wherever (the one off of Rt. 28, south of Dulles)

The one is Woodbridge is incredible.

Haven't been to the other locations based on others' experiences.

Don't forget most NoVA moms also need a bottle of night to "unwind". I have never seen such a large group of alcoholic females in all the world as in NoVA.
