Niggers steal dirt bikes and quads, then use them to ride recklessly on public roads. That's why you see packs of them ridding around during the summer - they're all stolen bikes, taken from the rural areas. It use to be an inner city phenomena, but now it's everywhere - a huge pack of them shut down the inner loop last summer, while another pack of them terrorized National Harbor. Cops refuse to arrest them (to be fare, this policy is often pushed on them by communist council members who claim the misunderstood "youth" lack "positive" things to do, and if we'd only build motocross tracks in the middle of ghettos, the problem would go away), so it just gets worse. It started in Baltimore, but now it's everywhere. Just example 1,992,010 of how niggers ruin everything.
