I think it should be for all ages, minors should have this service just as much as 21+...Either way, minors are going to drink, and by not offering this to them, it just puts thier lives in danger too. Aren't cops suppose tp keep everyone safe? I would love to be able to drink and use this, but too bad I'm 20.
