White Ohio Wife shot and killed her husband, 54, then dismembered his body and lived with the parts in bags for five months'
Summit County authorities arrested a Coventry Township woman after her husband’s dismembered body was discovered at their Linda Street home.
Marcia Eubank, 49, was charged with murder in the fatal shooting of Howard Eubank, 54.
Sources told News 5 Cleveland that Marcia shot Howard in June, dismembered his body and continued to live with his body parts at their home for the past five months.
Jackie Kaylor, a neighbor of the residence, told the Beacon Journal/Ohio.com that deteriorating human remains were reportedly found in a tote bag in the backyard Saturday afternoon.
“It’s sick. I’ve known these people for over 20 years,” Kaylor said. “It’s absolutely devastating. I just can’t believe this is all real.”
Kaylor said officials were on the scene from about 1 p.m. to midnight Saturday “carrying different bags of things from outside the house and backyard.”
The Summit County Sheriff’s Office and the Summit County Medical Examiner’s Office sent investigators to the scene.
Marcia Eubank was in custody after being arrested late Saturday night, News 5 Cleveland reported.
