Why are there so many temporary Maryland tags? They'er all counterfeit, right?

I assume it's the niggers driving around uninsured, so they print up fake temp tags.

Felon infested MD allows you to buy temp tags if you fail emissions, car won’t pass emissions etc at multiple non dmv run storefronts.
I guy I work with has failed emissions and so he gets 30 day tags instead to stay law abiding!
I believe most paper tags are FAKE, especially if the car is a 5% tinted crown Vic IR DRIVEN BY A CORN ROW HAIRED NIGGER!
Also, DE temp tags are the most counterfeited in this area.
State police are trained to pull those over.

Why do temporary tags even still exist? I have purchased two used cars from a dealer and both times the dealer sent all my registration info to DMV and put permanent tags on the car before I left the lot. I've also bought a used car from an individual and in that instance I got permanent tags from DMV immediately after buying the car. Less than an hour later I screwed the new plates on.

Hard to read the expiration on these temp tags.
Plus, cops in PG /state police won’t give a shit...
