zack was a poor worker, all he ever did was drive around in the shuttle cart. he was fat and just showed no motivation, and as a result the country club has benefitted exponentially since his departure.

I agree, Zack was one of my worst employees, probably worse than Kevin Fox. I was constantly receiving complaints from him from the membership.
