Every now and then we find a nigga touching a kid or white guy beating up an old lady for $3 - but carjacking seems like 100% owned by my niggas?

According to FBI stats, there were no carjackings in North Dakota last year.

The population is only 1.2% nigger. As you would expect, they are holding up their reputation as they represent more than 10% of all criminal arrests. Proof yet again that everywhere the nigger goes, exponentially high crime rates exist for them. Only 15 murders all year in the entire state, which is a slow weekend in most colored ghettos.
