DMV claims shortfall and need to raise all fees
(that's right, long lines, illegals employed, no new offices, BY-INTERNET cost savings wasn't "enough". that and we all know DMV takes every opportunity to force a person into a DMV office when they are willing to pay online ("it's their policy").)

Maybe if they didn't remove the Confederate vanity license plate, they wouldn't be hurting so bad for funds.

Price of donuts goes up, DMV short of funds. Coincidence? I think not. Less breaks, snaller shortfall. Problem solved.
