For God's sake at least post as if you have a clue:

- Heads are going to roll at Lake Braddock

- How is the county not looking into number of teachers leaving Annandale Terrace

- Over twenty teachers & volunteers leaving Fairfax Villa because of Bumbrey

I'm assuming all who read the above threads, and other similar threads, are to believe they are but one of many different people who have replied or posted their two cents worth about a thread, when in all probability it is the OP who keeps posting under a different name each time.

The OP and those reading then posting to such threads can't truly be that damn dumb.

The county is aware that teachers are leaving these schools and they are supportive of the principals. They know that the teachers who are leavivg are difficult and they don't have the best interest of students as their priority. It is a good thing for those teachers to go. They are hard to work with as teammates and not doing what's right for kids. Stop looking to do a witch hunt on these principals who are doing their job to make school a great place to learn and teach.

OP does not have enough data to fire these principals. Do you know how much it takes to terminate a teacher or principal? The good ones move and try to find a better school, some are stuck due to circumstance, and some who are awful keep getting prompted from, assistant principal, to principal, to OP to,get them out of the schools and get rid of the problem.

It all starts from the top people.

How can a principal be prompted from assistant principal? Whatever that means.
