The corner lot in Fairfax Corner that was home to World of Beer has seen a ton of turnover since its inception. I figured that with a recognizable brand like WoB taking over the space in 2016, it may see some stability.

Nope.

World of Beer is now Crafthouse. Happened to be in that area today and, based on the dozens of empty tables, I'm guessing it's not long for this world either.

Anyone have the details on why WoB fizzled out? Was it not financially viable, or is there something more nefarious?
