Fanta. But only out of a glass bottle. Fanta wins hands down. Grape Fanta.

Yes! 3%, but holding strong. Give me an orange Fanta over a Coke any day of the week. So refreshing!

Arthur Treacher's

Fanta was invented in nazi Germany.

This is true. Prior to the US entering the war, there were a ton of Coke bottling plants in Germany. In fact, Germany was pretty much the most successful non-US market for Coke.

When the US entered the war, Coca Cola instructed the bottlers to keep the bottling plants going, but getting the ingredients for the syrup was next to impossible. So, the head of German operations invented a new soda - Fanta.

This is an abridged version of the history, but it's all true.

Fuck the Nazi's. The British invented Arthur Treacher's that's all you need to know.

Fanta and coke dummy. A speitze or mezzo cola as they sell it in a bottle. I think you might have to have lived in Germany to have tried it, but if not, give it a shot, 1/2 of each. It's awesome!

It's "spezi" and/or "mezzo mix." Get it right you dummy. But I agree, it is great with a currywurst.

Coke is just the standard 'soda', really. And because it's regarded as so, it has no unique qualities like the lemon/lime of sprite/7up or the signature taste of root beer. Whereas Fanta encompasses all of those minority sodas with flavors like orange, grape, etc. Coke is good if you don't know what you want, but Fanta is for when you needed something a little less bland.

Nothing wrong with a little Cheerwine.

North Carolina speciality, I believe.

When I was a wee lad, and my dad flew F-4 Phantoms, they actually had a Fanta machine near the flight line.

I thought they were flying F-4 Fantas for the longest time.

Hahahaha

I hear they sell Fanta over at Arthur Treacher's. Anybody know which flavors they have? I like the strawberry one. Grape is good, too.
