Who is Dale Rumberger? Why is he the cleaner? Who has he let go? They have some many on staff that really do not do their job. Just walk in their to go to a meeting you will find kids in the hall all the time, kids outside roaming, go to the shopping centers durning the school day. They are loaded with kids. The main problem is the staff does not feel supported which lead to no one caring. It all started at the top. The staff that do care look worn out. The region office needs to talk to each employee to find out how they really feel and tell them what they feel is going on. The school has been run by college students. No dedication.

Alex Case mysteriously resigned from West Potomac in February, but he posted a resume on the internet saying that he left FCPS in May. It appears from the resume that he also got a management job at NOVA in May.

Does anyone have any information about this? How can he say that he was working for FCPS for 3 months after he resigned as principal of West Potomac? How can he get a management job at NOVA after resigning from being a principal in the middle of the year? Who hired him at NOVA?

We moved to Texas but my son was at West Potomac and all I can say is Alex case is the best principle I have never seen for someone to turn over a school around when it was a piece of shit he has done a an amazing job also he has so many positive writing all over the walls I felt so comfortable in there and he really cares about every single child if people are going to worry about what he did in a closet you need to get your head checked if it was with a child then I would have a problem i'm so glad that I left Virginia because I would not want another principle other than Mr. case that school is going to go down hill this is the saddest news I heard I sure do wish Mr Case The very best in his
