Where can someone sell packs and cartons of cigarettes they no longer intend to smoke?

Are you selling them at a discounted price? If so, find a smoker and sell them the cigarettes. Shouldn't be that hard.

Yes, discounted. I have several cartons of each. Not looking to sell a pack here and there though.
