Pedo who died in McLean or Falls church

Was talking to my friend about local events and I remember back in the late 90s there was a guy either in Falls Church or McLean who used to have a lot of boys in and out of his house. The place was out fitted with cameras and basically a haven for "lost" or troubled boys. I understand he died some time in the early 2000s. Ring a bell for anyone?
