Avenir Place/Dunn Loring Metro

I like the new restaurants, Harris Teeter, etc. Very nice selection and easy access. HOWEVER, the sewer is GOD AWFUL. Everytime I drive through there I smell it...even when my car is closed up. I don't know if they forgot to put in piping to get it the hell out of there. I can't imagine people paying a fortune to live there are happy with this.
