Common sense prevailed. I wish Fairfax City had the same attitude.

Residents? The Town Council vote was 5-2 rather than 6-1. The project will be tweaked, reworked and resubmitted. Next time, it will pass.

They were pissed that the original blueprints allotted no space for a mattress store.
