I have not had a great prime rib since 1983.
It was at Charlies place restaurant in McLean VA. It is now called J. Gilbert's.

That tittie bar in Crystal City used to have an excellent prime rib dinner for 10 bucks. Doubtful that still exists though.

Kilroy's, PJ Skidoos, Brions....all good prime rib for suburbia budgets. Arties used to have an amazing prime rim on special sometimes. However the best prime rib in the area (and these mentioned placed are McDonalds compared to this one) it would be The Prime Rib in DC.... http://theprimerib.com/
