Looking for a public truck scale

Where can I get a truck weighed in Fairfax County?

I heard you can do it at the dump if you are dropping refuse, but I just want to see what my vehicle weighs.

Any scrap places that do this?

Try a stone quarry. There is one on RT 50 in Chantilly, and another in Lorton. Call them first before you go in.

My buddy did the a few years ago for a military move.

Appreciate that, I don't know the one in Chantilly. You don't mean Luckstone in Centerville, do you?

Scrapyard or quarry would be the least hassle.

Sisler's Stone on Lee Highway near Falls Church has a scale. They are nice folks.

Put your house scale under one tire than multiply that amount by 4.

I wanted to see what my car weighs so I just went to the dump and drove up on the scale and weighed it. They didn't seem to care. I went when there was no line.

You could just bring a bag of garbage that you weighed and subtract that so you have a reason to use the scale.

You also need to subtract the weight of the driver.

Might Try Interstate Van Lines in Springfield, or the weigh station on 95?

The weigh station on 95 will do it if you are military, and I believe you need to set up an appointment with you military ID.

Call the VASP Non-Emergency number to see if this program is still going on.

why the hell do you think it's the public's job to weigh you ?

private business buy THEIR OWN SCALES

and the scales on the HWY are ONLY for use by the government to check trucks on the HWY and for no other purpose

are you a communist ? do not want to pay to be weighed ?

#1 your vehicle weight (if you actually have one i doubt it) is PRINTED ON THE FUCKING VEHICLE
