Generally the best evidence of a low IQ is the inability to have discussions on different topics. Low I.Q. people also tend to become angry and frustrated at those who have different opinions than the, In short, they are usually not intelligent enough to see how lacking in intellect they really are. Pretty telling RGIII still not signed with anyone. Lots of teams urgently need a starter and no one has even presented a contract. DC released him and got precisely nothing. He was scheduled to be paid millions and yet is worth nothing at this point.
