Pho Sate in Falls Church is good, as is Pho Today in Fairfax, and Pho Aura near Westfield.

I would have said Pho 75, but when I went 2 weeks ago the broth tasted obviously watered down and reboiled, like it was from last night's leftover pot.

Not to mention I sat and watched them seat 2 other large parties and ignored me dining solo and took their orders first (because they anticipated a larger tip I assumed).

I cannot give them 5 stars anymore. They are going downhill.

x2 on Pho Aura in Westfield, they earn my 5* rating. Pho75 is now only 3* to me.

Best I've had is Viet House 11216 Lee Hwy across the street from the new Lowes. Their broth is really good.

Here's the best Pho in Fairfax. Get on the Dulles Toll Road, head to Dulles Airport, get on a plane to Vietnam, and get the Hell out of America.

To which Pho 75 are you referring?

It's just a bowl of noodles. Try every place around and pick your own favorite. Personally I love Pho 75 in Herndon. They have the best fat brisket that no one else has. Pho Royal in Sterling is a close second, but it's not the same.

Why the HELL would I want to eat fat brisket. Are you nuts?
I want well prepared brisket not Dog Dung.

You probably do not want to go to a pho place then. Fatty brisket is a very common meat to find in pho. So is fatty flank steak.

I've never had a BAD bowl, although some are better than others. Try them all and get back to us.

You don't have to eat the fat brisket if you don't want too. Pho 75s fat brisket seems to have a smoky flavor to it and it seeps into the broth. If you thought pho broth was good before throw a chunk of fat brisket into it and let it disolve. Makes it 100x better.

I like Pho 75 in Herndon and also Pho New in the Herndon Clocktower center. Both have really good broths, which is the key to Pho.

This bitter cold weather makes Pho the perfect meal.

It's just dirty bath water and overpriced Ramen. They probably use the noodles that are coated in plastic. Yes, that's right-- eat Asian food and you'll get a nice little treat with it along with some intestine lining. They are laughing all the way to the bank shaking their heads thinking these white trash peeps will eat anything. As far as the Asians eating it--fine--they're system was built to take that amount of MSG and anal sphincters.
