Am new to the centreville area. Can anyone provide names of affordable / reputable companies for major home cleaning services: carpet removal, pet odors, little mold so we can prep our place to move into?

Thank for any help!

www.servicemagic.com

Go there, enter a little info, click submit. You'll have 3 companies calling you, competing for your job, within 10 minutes!

I used them last week to find a maid service, and couldn't be happier.

I'm not positive they'll have a category for what you need, since it seems to be a little cleaning and also a little demolition.

Good luck!

Service Master is also good for major cleaning. They are a franchise.

So with all of the foreclosures and short sales on the market, you still managed to buy a piece of shit. Is that the picture I'm getting here?

When I used to work at the bank, there were a lot of small business cleaning services. For a single family I believe they were charging around $100-$125 a service. Should be better prices with the economy like this though. People are stopping the lazy yuppiness and cleaning their own houses. No knocks to you though, cuz I'm sure yours is a major job that's worth paying for,

Just don't call a Merry Maid or anything like that. No need for chain house cleaning. All you're doing is paying a middle man.
