Notice the conections - is there a coincidence Or is there a connection?

Jim Speros' name is on the menu as owner.

Him and John were great buddies. ask around.

In fact John T, peddled the stock of the company Speros served as President known as "SIDEWARE" -

Dad's had a special recipe for burgers- the little green bits that everyone complained about. Interestingly enough, velocity has the same funny green stuff in their burgers.

John T also was also allegedly afffiliated with chicks and wings. Check out velocity's menu - there are definite parallels.

Oh by the way, where did velocity open one of its first stores?

You got it - the old merrifield shark club.

This may be coincidence. But it if it smells like a fish, looks like a fish - well, draw your own conclusions.

Where's the money John?

I am not suggesting there is an actual connection. It just looks strange.

what is the scuttlebutt on this guy? I've always wondered how the owner of velocity five was able to expand so quickly with amount of money they were sinking into the construction of their establishments. Food business is risky business.

Between several former professional athletes, buying the old "shark club" was
easy. Especially when the original owners were in financial ruins!
