Not that I'm aware of, I believe persons of Scandinavian descent are like 1% of the population here, if even that.
Some parts of suburban Chicago, it's more like 15%.

So Alena, would just like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the area and to the underground. I'm quite frankly amazed that you haven't been insulted yet... Not knowing where you live, there's a place called "Euro Bistro" in Herndon. It's not really Scandinavian food, but it does have some good German style food. The only thing I can't really understand, though, is why "Euro Bistro" also serves Thai food...

There's also a restaurant downtown that serves scandiniavian dishes. Never been in there, but Tom Sietsema gives it a decent review.

Yeah, I was going to hold back the fact that I became violently ill (food poisoning, I think) following eating there, but I suppose since other people have had bad experiences there and I'm not the only one, it deserves to be mentioned.
