Police in Prince William County, Virginia, say two teens were found dead in a minivan Saturday afternoon.

Officers were called to the 4400 block of Hamilton Drive, near Dawson Park, around 4:45 p.m., where the teens were found. Earlier in the day, police say Indya Davis and Lyle Ferringer, both 17 years old, had been reported missing separately by family members.

Police say that as officers were checking the minivan — which belongs to the family of one of the teens — Davis and Ferringer were seen in the back compartment, unresponsive and with injuries. Police have not yet said what type of injuries the teens suffered.

Officers forced their way into the minivan and called for medical help, but the teens were pronounced dead on the scene.

There is no public threat or need for concern from the community, police say. The investigation continues.

This last statement means either a suicide or drug overdoes.

Sounds like maybe another local Heroin OD??

Either way very sad for the families involved.

Kids need to realize they are NOT invincible and playing around with unknown chemicals can and will have a bad outcome.

You might have been right, except for this statement: "Davis and Ferringer were seen in the back compartment, unresponsive and with injuries. Police have not yet said what type of injuries the teens suffered."

This is typically the case when there's extensive injury to the anal region.

I'm thinkin' murder-suicide or a suicide pact.

Either way, two fewer knuckleheads in the world...

A needle in your arm and bllod coming out of your eyes, nose, and ears are considered "injuries."

Heroin overdoses won't make you bleed out of every orifice.

I'm voting it was a suicide pact.

Is the van for sale now?
