So This person run into me and he has a record of stalking people. And I got a felling his stalking me. He said he can track me by my phone so what should I do ? Should I call the police station? Or go to the police station? Will they think is I'm crazy? Cause I'm not

You have nothing to lose by having a conversation with the police. Document everything this individual has said, and every encounter.

And if you have documentation about his stalking record, bring that up too.
