Best place to get a dog spayed?

I have a one year old husky that is between heat cycles (she was re-homed to us just as the first cycle began) and so we would like to get her spayed ASAP to reduce the risk of her developing ovarian cancer.
What is the best place (cost:quality of care) to have this done around here? I live in arlington, but I would be willing to go as far out as faquier to get a quality procedure at a good price.

Go to Caring Hands vet.
They have many locations. They are a really good vet that will spay/neuter. I got my pet neutered from them and highly recommend them.

Fredericksburg-Huggins street across from the Toyota dealer route 1. $50 done by veterinarians that volunteer their time.

there is a caring hands 5 minutes walking distance from my apartment, but I am concerned with cost. I'll definitely give them a call.
