Like most of you, I've seen this ole gal numerous times at her spot by Home Depot. Last weekend she was sitting outside the Union Mill Starbucks enjoying a hot beverage. By the time I came back out of Starbucks she had started meandering her way down the sidewalk towards the Panera.
