Close enough to FFX, plenty of people live in FFX and work in Loudon. Lots of emergency vehicles on Broderick Dr. (near Waxpool) in LoCo in the Dulles area.

I heard that they found a dead body in a mini cooper, and hazmat was there due to "some kind of chemical." Does anyone else know any more details?

A contractor buried an undocumented worker inside his Mini Cooper.

Just a guess from what you posted....possible suicide. A rising method of suicide is to use chemicals or burning stuff in a car (causes smoke no flame). Fire departments handle these calls as hazmat since they do not know what the chemicals are until they open the door.
