Why Mr. Thomas, Always a Bulldog?

Why????

Without a doubt - he was one of the best. He's pretty much irreplaceable. Annandale is quite fortunate.

Rather than investing in new good talent, it seems that FCPS is trying to make do with what it has. Not too long ago they took away Glasgow's principal to fill the vacancy at Stuart. It will be interesting to see if Thomas will be able to reverse the decline Annandale has been in since the redistributings.

Interesting observation - my thoughts exactly. Perhaps this is all part of their strategy to "eliminate pockets of excellence."

They also did that with the principal of Whitman. I never thought FCPS would of done something like that

Oh, bullshit. They are moving proven talent within FCPS to the more challenging posts. It doesn't mean new talent isn't being groomed elsewhere within the system. You sure like to hear the sound of your own voice.

Can you blame me? It didn't originate with me though. I heard it from someone who was very involved in one of the recent personnel changes, but it fits with what I have observed. And BTW "moving proven talent within FCPS" is just putting a better spin on exactly what I said.
