Large groups of Gentiles crossing the street at the intersection of Gallows Road & Arlington Blvd. Where are they going?

The other day I saw several large groups of Gentiles crossing the street at the intersection of Gallows Road & Arlington Blvd.

Where were they all going?

Was there some sort of Gentile festival going on?

So, there were a bunch of non-Jews crossing the street? That makes no sense...this isn't Jerusalem.

They had all volunteered to help cleanup and improve the area. Something you'll never see Jews doing.
