This bakery is overpriced and owned by a very arrogant family.
Considering their high prices, their service is lacking.
There are better alternatives for brides, families, etc.
They really do not get it.

I've picked up cookies there before and was always happy with the service. You've basically provided no details, so I can only assume you ran into issues with a custom order. I'm not sure you'll find much sympathy on this site as 90% of the people that post are male.
I bought my wedding cake from Wanda's Cakes in Centreville. It was delicious, reasonably priced, and Wanda was very nice.

The Happy Eatery sucks! Have tried it several times, don't mind paying high prices for quality products, but Giant has a better bakery (not that Giant any good) at the people are much nicer!
