Wow, Centreville has been getting a lot of press today, how about this for a non crime related post? Are there any good hills in Centreville that a person could run up for conditioning purposes?

Compton road Between 28 and Union Mill

New Braddock betweem 28 and Union Mill

Depending on how far you want to run, 29 has plenty of hills between Centreville and Manassas.

Hopefully some of these are on your peeping route.

"New Braddock betweem 28 and Union Mill"

Chantilly's cross country team used that hill once during pre-season practice and it worked out very well (although they only ran up to Fount Beattle Ct, not all the way to 28). Chantilly itself has a great hill at Lee's Corner Elementary School as well as some other good hills around the Brookfield area.
