Applying for sub teacher

Well I was hired as Substitute Teacher
and I see this
It is never appropriate to wear the following:

Very short skirts or dresses
Tops that expose the midriff
Very tight pants
Tops that show cleavage
Sloppy clothing
Shorts (except when teaching P.E.)
T-shirts with suggestive or drug related messages
Jeans
Flip-Flops
Hats?
Why are teachers allowed to wear Jeans,T-shirts, Flip Flops?

Your list says they're not allowed to wear those items.

LOL My son's teachers are always wearing jeans not just on "Fridays"

I KNOW BUT THEY DO ANYWAYS WHY?
