Anyone else with persistent cough/cold symptoms?

Have had this occasionally mucuousy cough with irritating as hell throat pain for about two months now. Have had a round of antibiotics and cough medicines when it got real bad about a month ago. Seems to be creeping back up on me now.

Anyone else have similar experience this year?

Iz I gonna di?

The shit is no joke. I got it just after Xmas, and it is just now going away. I did go to the doctor, and I do not smoke anything.

I had that a few months ago. Didn't feel that bad, no mucous, just kept coughing.

I had this for a few months beginning at the end of October. This was that huge bug that just about everyone caught some of. It went away last month. I had blood phlegm, low energy, cold sweats, loss of appetite and all sorts of prolonged flu symptoms.

The cough and phlem was what lasted the longest with lots of loogies! You're not going to die unless you believe you are though.

Have your doctor check for MRSA. Seriously.

I think there was an entereovirus (sp?) that was going around. Of course it got swallowed up by all the ebola news. I know several people who have had it last for a while. But a recommendation is to use a neti pot daily with distilled water just in case it isn't a lingering virus but allergies or issues with mold.

Put some tussin on it!!!

No really its that enterovirus (sp?) going around mentioned above.

I got the runny nose, the coughing, and had the shits for awhile too- but better out than in!!!

Went to my doc, got a z-pak, all better now!!!

(or if you're desperate and broke- fish penecillin I'm serious it is the same grade for humans they don't want you to know that!!!)

That is not a bad call...something that I have been challenged with for about a year, especially after eating, but there is something else...a lingering cold-like thing that just seems to persist.
