A civil lawsuit only requires a preponderance of evidence, not the beyond reasonable doubt required in a criminal trial.

Eesh is handling this civil suit as if it requires Miz to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. Representing himself is unwise. Much of what is alleged can be successfully countered with denial and alibis, but some of it will remain.

Will there be a court transcript available to FFU? That's the only account of these proceedings I would trust.

As such, the entire suit should be thrown out.

Eesh should submit a Motion to Dismiss and/or Demurrer tout de suite if not sooner.

What the judge will likely do is issue a bench warrant, so the next time you're pulled over by the cops and they run your license, instead of just getting a ticket and going on your merry way, they will instead cart you off to the ADC where you get to sit in the world's worst waiting room for a few hours or days until you can go before the judge.

I guess what I was getting at was to what extent can subpoenas be served or given out, eg if the accusing party had enough money, could half this site end up being called into court over a petty personal dispute?

Is there any sort of limiting factor to a lawyers ability to get court orders?

This is all rather interesting to me, it seems like you can really wreak havoc on peoples lives in this sort of case

I think if Lizzie wanted everyone to know he told her she would have posted this on the forum herself. Eesh, you talk too much and that's going to be your downfall. You have never once denied telling Lizzie anything and the way you kissed her ass all over the place after court made it very obvious something had changed.


You called the police on her and called Papa John's after finding out she would have to testify against you shows how malicious you are and that you're trying to do anything you can to fuck with her so she doesn't tell. Did you tell the police and Papa John's that she is testifying against you in a stalking and harassment lawsuit?
