Verizon FIOS??
Verizon service sux for 2 reasons. But I love their service, had it for about 7 years since FIOS showed up in my area. Hardly any problems what so ever. Moved EVERYONE I ever did networking for from Cox to Verizon, everyone has been more than happy.
1. The staff is Unionized, CWA. This at times can be an issues.
2. Verizon cut back on Service Staffing, so now it takes sometimes as long as a week for someone to show up.
What is your specific issue?
More often than not the problems are internal to the house/network and the Verizon staff is not so versed in Networking.
