They say it will freeze overnight and there will be black ice, what chance do we have of a 2 hour delay?

its going to be really cold tonight and their is alot of snow;more then their was too weeks ago,This should be atleast an 2 hour delay tommorrow. busses wont start.

Why don't fcps just announce it night before? Why do they always wait until next morning? This is just stupid. Fcps trying to be baby sitter so kids will go to bed early??!!

Fcps will be closed Wedneday. there is a 90% chance it will be partly cloudy.

There is a forecast for weather tomorrow, so likely that Fairfax County Public Schools will be on at least a two-hour delay.

That's what a lot of bus drivers wanna know. A lot of them live way out and have leave home early to get there on time. Then at the last minute, they call a delay. Hundreds of drivers then have to sit around in the cold and wait (unpaid).

Because they have to determine which is the most reasonable response to the snow...
