Only saw the aftermath but guessing that someone got fed up with the short light and long line in turn lane waiting to cross 123 onto Henderson Rd. Probably took a chance and misjudged how quick oncoming traffic was moving. Looked like a serious T-bone situation. VDOT really should make that light longer for all us trying to turn down Henderson from 123 northbound. Too many commuters using Henderson as a cut through to Prince Billy County. Regardless, hope everyone made it out alive.

My dog got run over on Henderson Road, some Koreans stopped and picked the body and took it home for dinner.
