There's been a seemingly abandoned Tao Tao 50 red scooter on Billingsgate near Basingstoke Loop for at least 8 months. If yours was stolen, it's waiting for you. It's getting pretty weathered and picked-apart. I'll bet someone had a lot of fun on it at one time.
