I just want to know if it's just me.. my self, my wife, and my next door neighbor have had nails in our tires after driving the stretch of 28 between Centreville and Sterling. Also, just about every time I'm on that stretch, I see another car on the side of the road with a flat tire, north or south bound. Is something funny going on or is it just me?

28 is a 6-lane garbage dump. I've seen more trash on the shoulder of that highway than any other around. Probably all the trucks that trash is coming from are dropping screws and nails too.
