This caller claims they offer business loans if you make more than $15,000 per month.
I asked the guy if he had ever heard of the do not call list. He was a little vague and I got quite rude with him. I told him he was breaking the law. He said all he did was sit in an office and a computer made the calls. I told him he was a loser and he hung up.
You can't call back on this number, it is a "ping" number, whatever that means.

Their listed number at least once was 904-714-4504. They are small-scale skimmers, taking a cut for passing you on to services provided by someone else that you probably don't want or need. It's a free country though. These people are just doing the libertarian thing.
