The robbery took place in the 1800 block of Stratford Park Place (see map), Sunday at 8 p.m.

The victim was in a parking lot when she was approached by a man. The suspect displayed a handgun and demanded money. The victim did not require rescue. Cash was taken.

The suspect was described as Hispanic and wearing dark clothing.

I think they still have a halfway house for prisoners next door. The Bible Study Fellowship House place across the street.

Yes, also drug rehab. My guess would be that the robbed was from the apartments off of North Shore Drive. Maybe Ivy Oaks.

"Blocks from the CIA" pretty much includes all of the Reston Town Center. You could also use "Blocks from the Police Station/Hospital/Homeless Shelter/Library"

Reston has never been safe, especially for women. Lived there 20yrs ago. What a hellhole. They cover up A LOT of the crime, especially the stuff against women.

The cupcake store is a CIA front. It's about a quarter-mile away.

They are on Sunset Hills near the corner of Town Center Drive. It used to be that if you Google the address, stupidly enough it comes up as CIA. They have several white patrol cars, both marked and unmarked, that protect the perimeter. They have been known to leave the campus and pull motorists over on occasion on both roadways for any perceived threat (e.g.: a disabled vehicle nearby or someone who makes a u-turn near the gated areas).

Problem solved.
