Or maybe the 3 stooges.

Why would you have to get a second serach warrant 3 days after you got the initial search warrant.

Why havent they hauled this guy in? Now it sounds like he's skipped town

When police apply for a search warrant they have to specify what they are searching for, like weapons, clothing, dna samples, etc. They may have gotten new information about something they may not have been searching for when they served the first warrant. Or maybe they just want to go over everything again to see if something was missed in the first search.

And why isnt the big dreadlock negro under surveillance 24/7 if he's the link to the disappearence and they claim he was the last person to see her.

The whole investigation seems amateurish at best and incompetent at worst. But then again all the guys I knew from high school who went into law enforcement were all dipshits to begin with.

They let him get away- they watched him from the air. Hopefully to take them where he buried her.

If I had a son, he'd look like Jesse.

He's also purging friends on Facebook quickly, over 2,000 gone in just the past two hours.

Yup....they let him get away. Why the fuck would the cops think he would lead them to her body? Do people kill someone and bury them and then go back to check things out?

Some places have more respect for the Fourth and Fifth Amendments than others. It is possible the police couldn't get as broad an initial search warrant as they wanted and had to go back for another one when they had more evidence. It is possible that they learned of possible new evidence after they had done the initial search.

Running certainly makes Jesse look guilty. However if they don't have enough evidence to hold him, the police do have to release him, even if he is a flight risk.

I like how the police are fucking with him and originally leaked his SSN on the 1st flyer.

Here's one of two of the reckless driving warrants out for him..

Isnt the fact that he's the last known person to be seen with a girl who has been missing for over a week now ENOUGH EVIDENCE TO HOLD HIM?

So when does the rioting start? When does Sharpton show up to defend this gentle giant who the police have caused to go on the run? When will Obama and Holder step in with a DOJ investigation into the racial profiling of Mr Matthew?

Its a travesty of justice what this poor extra large black man is being subjected to.
