Actually, it is good training for becoming a CEO. Running a farm/ranch is a huge operation. Farmers/ranchers ARE CEO's. Farm kids learn how to work and they learn responsibility, and at a very young age. That is a lot more than can be said for a lot of the spoiled pampered kiddies I see around here.

I know a lot of farm kids who went on to other pastures and did very well.
