So he has had his "interview" with the investigating Officer and now the findings are imminent. What is it going to be? Will the Military let him slide away without punishing him, or will they hold true to the facts and try this deserter for his crimes?

My bet is on letting him disappear without any punishment and making this just go away. The pressure that will be brought on the investigating officer will be extreme and he was probably selected on the knowledge that he would bend to this pressure. Men died looking for this Deserter and they should have the opportunity for their stories to be told, as well as the true heroes who stayed and fought while Bergdahl turned his back on them and America and deserted to the enemy.
