Can't Leave The County Or Medical Expenses Not Paid For?

A guy I know said he can't leave\move out of the county or the "clinic" he is getting medical treatment from will cancel his assistance? A suspect the clinic is Fairfax county section assistance?
Anybody ever heard of this? Is this some Fairfax county program? What is the actual program?

This is one of the problems when you let the government take over healthcare. Now you are forced to remain where you are.
If you find this problematic please report to the nearest re-education facility. Please empty out your pockets, remove any belts and jewelry, and remove your shoes and proceed to the processing entrance.

i'm sure that's not true if the service and price si the same and you already are accepted for treatment by THIS area
but if you mean, Detroit diagnosed and wants VA to pay 3x the rate VA pays
