Half-Naked Drunk Man Arrested Stealing Candy at Subway: Police in Prince Frederick, Md. have arrested a drunk man who was wearing only shorts and socks for attempting to steal candy from a Subway restaurant. And, dressed like that - about the only thing he’s likely to get are Snickers from everyone around him.

So wait a minute. When the perp is white they have a front and side shot in color, but when the perp is black there's not even a description, let alone a picture? Am I missing something.
