Failure to respond to FOIA request after 5 business days?

I send Alexandria City govt a FOIA request on April 30th 2014. I haven't herd a respond from them. What are my next steps?

Wait another 5-15 days, genius. They have 20 business days from the time they get your request to respond, or 10 days if it's related to the Privacy Act.
