I propose we changed the rules on how a students gets into Thomas Jefferson High Schoool. It should reflect the % of white,black,hispanic, asisan students enrolled in FCPS HIGH SCHOOL.

HIGH TOTAL 105 0.2% 10,849 20.0% 5,589 10.3% 10,913 20.1% 62 0.1% 2,302 4.2% 24,463 45.1% 26,247 48.4% 28,036 51.6% 54,283

Ummm those types of quotas would be illegal.

Only if they're are de jure and not de facto. At the college level they cannot set racial quotas yet somehow can take race into consideration for admissions, meaning that they're looking for a certain number. It's just not published.

I admit I neither went to TJ nor could I have gotten in, but these numbers after "HIGHT TOTAL...." make no sense to me.
